Our Mission
The New Jersey Youth Civics Coalition (“NJ YCC”) is a non-partisan coalition committed to developing the next generation of young citizens in New Jersey. We believe this starts with providing all students in kindergarten -12th grade in our state with robust and equitable civic education to support lifelong civic engagement. We are here to create and activate a community dedicated to addressing the crisis in civic learning, and promoting the importance of civic education in strengthening American democracy.
